Over more than 25 years, I’ve operated as a GTM Operator and Engineer, including three VP and CMO roles across venture-backed and private equity-backed companies. This work includes leading GTM inside founder-led startups, mid-market scaleups, and global enterprises including Visa, Microsoft, PayPal, PwC Digital, and Cognizant Digital Business.
AI is used where it improves signal quality, decision speed, and execution consistency, and avoided where it increases GTM confusion, obscures causality, or weakens ownership of decisions.
Entry Point 1 was created after seeing the same GTM system failures repeat across functional roles, management consulting, and operating work, and accelerate with the introduction of AI. EP1 exists to build and run GTM systems end-to-end, grounded in operator accountability rather than agency or consultancy models.

This includes more than a decade living and working in Europe, leading GTM for emerging technology companies expanding across EMEA, the US, APAC, and LATAM.
Today, the work is based in San Francisco, operating at the center of the AI ecosystem and partnering with some of the most innovative technology companies in the world.
The work covers GTM system design and embedded leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, and Partner ecosystems, including the design of partner-led growth motions that have scaled to $1B+ per quarter.
I’ve built and scaled multiple technology brands, including companies recognized as World Economic Forum Technology Pioneers and Fast Company Most Innovative Companies.
