We’re all moving faster now.
That doesn’t mean we know where we are.
That’s what stayed with me after Snowflake Dev Day.
Yes, the models are awe-inspiring.
We all say this part out loud.
But they’re still trained on yesterday.
Strategy has to make a call about tomorrow.
This is where the work looks done, but isn’t.
The dangerous claim is that anyone can do the work now.
Learning AI doesn’t make someone an expert in the work.
Would we ask someone who learned AI this year to redesign an airport control tower because they’re good with prompts?
Probably not.
Critical systems still need people who understand how the system fails.
GTM is a critical system too.
My stack includes OpenClaw, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Relay.app, agents, and workflow automation.
Useful and powerful.
Dangerous when pointed at the wrong work.
Point AI at weak positioning and we get prettier confusion.
Point it at weak GTM and we get faster pipeline waste.
The real advantage is knowing what to automate and what not to.
The client still comes first.
The future isn’t less human.
It’s more revealing.
Execution Beats Theory. Every Time.
