One human welcome.
There’s plenty to fix.
And we don’t fix it by turning on each other or saying “stop hiring humans.”
As we look to the future, we need to be intentional about what we build.
AI and technological change are already moving into every part of our lives.
But ethical and responsible AI starts and stops with us.
I’m grateful for the people who still choose welcome, responsibility, and the hard work of building something better.
